What began as a disturbance call on Friday morning ended with Kitimat RCMP seizing a variety of drugs, weapons, and cash.
Just before 4:00 in the morning, police were called out to a residence in the Nechako area for reports of the disturbance.
When they arrived, they arrested a man for obstruction after he continuously refused to speak with police.
Officers found a large bag of suspected cocaine on the man, along with drug paraphernalia in the residence, and acquired a search warrant.
After searching the residence, they seized suspected cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, steroids and assorted pills, along with a shotgun and over $2,000 in cash.
