For the second week in a row Covid cases in BC saw a drop, despite an increase in cases in the north, according to CDC’s weekly report.
Between September 4th and the 10th, BC reported a total of 574 cases, 142 hospitalizations and 16 deaths within 30 days, all down from the week before.
But, Northern Health saw 45 new cases on the week, up from 37 the week before, with 13 hospitalizations, and 0 deaths.
Terrace led the Northwest in new cases with 6, while Haida Gwaii saw 4, and Smithers 2, while no other Local Health Area in the northwest reported a new case.
