A newly completed housing complex in Fort St John will bring support for those at risk of or experiencing homelessness in the Peace Region.
Located at 9916, 99 Avenue, the complex will feature 42 studio units, including three accessible homes, and will be operated by the Salvation Army.
Sharing a lot with the Army’s Northern Centre for Hope shelter, residents will have round-the-clock access to support services, daily meals, transportation, and more.
BC Housing provided approximately $15 million to complete the project, and will provide $1.2 million in annual operating funds.
