Northern Health reminding residents to be vaccinated against COVID and the flu

A News Release was recently sent out by Northern Health reminding folks to be up to date on their flu and COVID-19 immunizations.

The main reason for the remainder is because the best way to protect yourself, your loved ones and others from those common diseases is to get vaccinated.

Influenza vaccines are free and are recommended for everyone aged 6 months and older while COVID vaccines are now available for everyone aged 5 and older.
