Winter is on the way, and it’s bringing the customary northern BC weather warnings with it.
An arctic outflow warning has been issued covering inland sections of the North and Central Coasts, including Terrace, Kitimat, and Bella Coola.
Residents of those areas can expect to see temperatures drop below -20 after windchill beginning tonight, and not letting up until Thursday.
Those on the Central Coast are also facing a wind warning, with gusts between 100 and 120 km/h.
And a snow warning is in place with up to 15 cm of snow on the slate for sections of the Cariboo, including Williams Lake and Quesnel.
