A man who escaped lawful custody at a New Hazelton hospital earlier this week has been apprehended once again.
30 year-old Buddy Douglas Shanoss was initially arrested on charges of arson, assault of a police officer, break and enter, and more.
Following his arrest, Shanoss was taken to Wrinch Memorial Hospital for medical treatment, before taking a car from the hospital and escaping on Monday.
Police have now re-apprehended Shanoss, though no further information on his initial arrest or the escape itself has been released.
